By accessing or using DIVRGNT, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

DIVRGNT is strictly for parents and legal guardians (18+) of neurodivergent children. Use by minors is prohibited. Children are never users of the platform.

Safety & Boundaries

DIVRGNT facilitates peer-to-peer connection only. We do not provide medical, legal, or educational advice. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including any in-person meetings you choose to arrange.

Prohibited Content

Users must not upload photos of children, identifying details (full names, schools, addresses), or medical records. Any such content will be removed. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

User Conduct

Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. Users can report or block any other user directly within the app at any time. Reports are reviewed by our team, and accounts found to be in violation of these guidelines may be suspended or removed.

Account & Termination

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app: go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. No email or support request is required.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, prohibited content, or conduct that threatens the safety of our community.

Limitation of Liability

DIVRGNT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from your interactions with other users, whether online or in person.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or via email. Continued use of DIVRGNT after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
